Creating Bridges Life Coaching

Diane Baron, CPLC

As a Certified Professional Life Coach, I collaborate with clients to create bridges to design a life that will enable them to grow and thrive. Specializing in life transitions, I will work with you on those areas that matter to you most to help you discover your passions, overcome obstacles, and build a path towards the life you want.

The main areas my practice focuses on are:

  • Life transitions, such as going away to college (for students), empty nest (for parents), and retirement (what now?)
  • Job-related transitions, including reentering the traditional work after a break in your career and moving between full-time, part-time, consulting, and self-employment work
  • Early career transitions, including entering the work force from school and developing a professional presence and maximizing your impact at work

While I specialize in transitions, I also provide coaching for other areas of life, including management coaching to help you hone and enhance your management skills; and general coaching for other general life challenges.

I am a compassionate, yet action-oriented and results-driven, professional with more than twenty years of business experience that includes working with groups and individuals to define goals and develop plans to achieve desired results.  I have provided formal and informal coaching to numerous individuals who were looking to grow in their current professions, to identify new career paths and opportunities, and/or to find creative avenues and ways to navigate through significant life transitions. My passion for working with people on an individual and personal level has brought me into the arena of life coaching.  In addition to having the Professional Life Coach certification, I hold a Master’s Degree in Organization Behavior and Development from George Washington University.
